How students get to real industry problems before graduation.

A capstone that ends in a slide deck teaches less than one that ends in a system a partner actually uses.

A lot of academic capstone programs end with a report: here's the analysis, here's the recommendation, good luck. That model teaches students to present, but not necessarily to ship something that survives contact with a real user.

We structure industry-partnered capstones differently. Partner organizations bring an actual open problem, and the student team is accountable to that partner's real constraints, not just a rubric. It changes the nature of the work: deadlines are real, feedback is blunt, and the win condition is a working system, not a convincing pitch.

Grezorea treats every industry partnership as a two-way relationship. Partners get a rigorously mentored team working a genuine problem, and students get to build something that has to hold up outside the classroom before they ever apply for a first job.
